Pickup and delivery is a FREE service. There are no hidden fees or markups of any kind.

We offer pick-up and delivery twice a week in Hamburg, Orchard Park, East Aurora, Derby, Williamsville, Lancaster, and surrounding areas, with flexible service tailored to your needs.

Schedule Your Own Pickup & Delivery:

You have full control over your service! You can easily schedule your pickup and delivery using our texting system, online portal, or by calling any of our four locations.

Multiple Addresses for Delivery:

If your delivery address is different from your billing address, you can add multiple addresses to your account. Simply mark the address you want to use for delivery as the "default." This ensures your items are always delivered to the correct location. **If you are a Moog Employee or GOW student, please include your plant number or dorm name.

How It Works:

For your first pickup, simply place your items in any bag with your name on it. For all future requests, we'll provide you with a VIP laundry bag to fill with the items you want cleaned. There's no minimum amount required!

Simply place the bag out for your driver by 8am on the morning of pickup. Be sure to specify the location where you'd like the driver to pick up your items (if it’s not your front door). We’ll return your cleaned items on the next day we’re in your area. **Moog & GOW deliveries will be placed in the designated laundry closets.

If you have special requests, you can leave instructions through our online portal or by sending a text.
